Agriturism Farmhouse Calongo is located in Cistenino in the heart of the Itria Valley, famous in Italy and around the world for its trulli, typical conical architectural structures found only in this area.
Puglia, a land rich in ancient Mediterranean traditions, has also been able to preserve its gastronomy, which our company still offers today, paying particular attention to the quality of the final product.
Our goal is to respect the craftsmanship of the past, using innovative techniques that enhance the quality of the raw material while respecting traditions.
